Cindy and I met in 1989 in San Antonio. While our paths went separate ways over the years, I have many fond memories of times we shared since them. It seemed each time we were able to meet over the years, there was always joy and laughter. Please accept my condolences and know that she will be remembered fondly.

Cindy was truly an amazing colleague but an even better friend. We worked together as peers for over 20 years, and found time to always talk about Nebraska football. I'll remember her smile and her laugh, both lit up a room. My thoughts go out to the entire Pool family.

Cindy was cherished and will be missed by everyone who came in contact with her. Her openness and acceptance of people and cultures, her knowledge and work ethic, her wit and laughter, her insight, kindness, and generosity, that smile that just lit up her face, and sharing the joy of living life with family and friends. May we cherish the memories as time calms our aching hearts.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Pool family...we had lot's of fun times when Cindy was in college and she would come to see Chuck at his office in Memorial Stadium.

Cindy was a great friend and mentor. We became fast friends after meeting and found so many common interests. I'll never forget our adventures throughout India and couldn't have asked for a better travel partner. My deepest sympathies go out to the Pool family during this difficult time.

Cindy was an amazing person and a good friend. She was always up for an adventure. I will always think of her when visiting the beach as I know that was one of her favorite places. She will be missed. My thoughts are with the Pool family.
