Dale Warren Obituary

Dale Henry Warren June 1, 1925 - Aug. 9, 2008 Dale Henry Warren was born on June the 1st 1925 in Rockford, Illinois. He was the son of Henry Greene and Wava Adams Warren. He departed this life on August 9th, 2008 at the Forsyth Care Center in Forsyth, Missouri at the age of 83 years. Dale was the Lead Trail Boss Of The World Famous 'Sons Of The Pioneers', since December of 1952 and was the only member of the group that had preformed with every member of the prior group and the group that now performs at Shepherd Of The Hills Farm in Brandon, Missouri. He had lived in Woodland Park prior to moving to Brandon several years ago. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and a member of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his wife Marie Ann Devora Warren who is also a Violinist and Country Fiddler known as "Fiddling Kate'; A granddaughter April Dawn (Corey) Linville of Garden City, Kansas; and grandson Dale James Gannon of Riverside, California. He was preceded in death by his only daughter Gale Robin Behrens. Private services were held on Thursday August 14, at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Colorado Springs. Memorial contributions are suggested to The American Diabetes Association, 1944-A Sunsine, Springfield, Missouri 65804.
