Daniel Johnson Obituary
HELENA: Daniel Johnson, 22, of Helena, passed away unexpectedly on March 2, 2014.
Daniel was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 7, 1991 to Danny and Darlene (Malone) Johnson. He was a 2009 graduate of Gibsonburg High School.
Surviving in addition to his parents are: sister, Jennifer Johnson of Fremont; fiancee, Carley Rubrecht of Helena; grandmothers, Helen Malone of Woodville and Evelyn (Don) Stonerook of Fort Pierce, FL; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Grover Malone and Charles Johnson and uncle, Jack Johnson.
Daniel worked at Crown Battery in Fremont as a laborer. He enjoyed hunting, being a sportsmen, guns, archery and video games. He was also a collector of Star Wars action figures.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Gibsonburg. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 11:00 a.m with Rev. Gene Paul officiating. Burial will follow at West Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 292 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105 or the Sandusky County Humane Society, 2520 Port Clinton Rd., Fremont, Ohio 43420.
