Dear Joan and family,
Dan (and you) were so much a part of my growing up years. From my earliest memories of string quartet music emanating from our living room on many an evening as I went to sleep upstairs, to Music Nights at Silver Bay, to operettas and chorus at Summit High School, he was always there - kind, patient, and occasionally amazed, like the time I made the National Chorus.
Your names were household words as I grew up and I know my parents (Larney and Vera Meacham) missed you both a great deal when we moved to the Seattle area.
Dan will always live in my heart.
With blessings and all good wishes,
Carol Meacham Scace

Dear Barbara and family,
My parents and I send to you my deepest sympathies on the loss of your dad.
With the passing of a loved one, it is difficult to not to dwell on the sad moment, but always remember the good times. This will remain with you forever as your soul and heart heal from the loss.
Take care,
Sue Jacobs

Dear Joan and Family-
My deepest sympathy on the loss of your father. What a wonderful man he was...I aspire to be half as vital as he was at his age. The beautiful thing is that you are fortunate to have such wonderful and deep memories to sustain you. Blessings to all...
