Written for all my friends both past and present. Dedicated to DKR Jr. God Speed, my friend.

The Shape of Friends

Friends of past
May ye rest

Friends of today
May ye see

Each have touched
Each have shaped

Some are the same
Some need not be

Those of past have made
Those of today know not yet

Remember the friends
Remember the time

Danny, Sceezer, Flintstone, you have been a part of my life for many years. When I look back at all the main points, you played a part every time. You introduced me to John, whom I married and you were our best-man, you even came on our honeymoon for a day. You were there when my children were born (your Brandons God-father). You were in my Mothers 2nd wedding and when my grandparents passed away you came to the services. When John & I separated for 6 months you were there for both of us. You came to us for references so you could adopt your children and we were more than glad to help. You are a great friend and a wonderful person, forever in our hearts and thoughts and we will see you on the other side.

Dear Danny Kay - We pray that your family finds comfort in knowing that you were a truly caring and genuine person to us all. We remember the good times that we all had together, the trips we shared, and the memories are something that we shall never forget and we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. I told your family that I still have the old Dodge truck that we bought together and your old cat Scarlett. May You Rest in Peace knowing that we always cared for you, thought about you and wished you the best in life. Stacey and Jordan
