DARNELL HERBERT GOULD
October 14, 1943 October 10, 2018
Darnell Herbert Gould, age 74, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on Wednesday October 10, 2018. Darnell was born October 14, 1943 in Brooklyn, New York to Vivian and Robert Gould.
Darnell served in the United States Air Force for 24 years before retiring. He was very proud of his service to our country.
Darnell is survived by his: daughter Yvette Whitmire; grandchildren Tracey and Tristan Phillips, great grandchildren Malik, Mekhi, Malcolm and London Phillips, along with a host of friends and loved ones, especially, Dolores Bennett and children Shirley and Leon. He leaves a void in their hearts and will be greatly missed.
Darnell was preceded in death by his: father Robert Gould and mother Vivian Gould (nee Shepard); sister Yvonne (Aunt Peg) Gould-Johnson; brother Bobby Martin Gould and brother Russell Gould.
An inurnment for Darnell will be held at Pikes Peak National Cemetery, 10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80925 with the time and date currently pending. Please see www.legacy.com/link.asp?i=ls000190501027 for updates.
