Darrell Hoover, 70, of Colorado Springs passed away July 28, 2022. Darrell worked as a meat cutter then earned an Associates Degree in Information Technology and worked in that field until his retirement in 2012. He was proud of 35 years of sobriety and enjoyed volunteering at the AA Colorado Springs Service Office. He loved riding his motorcycle with The Compound to raise money for charity. He was a wonderful husband and father and loved his fur baby Nate. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Dever. Darrell is survived by his wife Susan, siblings Cheryl, Gerald (Bobbie), Kent (Bobbie) and their families. Children Jennifer (Reid) and Bob. Grandchildren Chloe (Markus), Cooper, Emilie and Welsh family. A Celebration of Life is being planned. In remembrance of Darrell please donate to Compound Territory Charities, 5424 Sunshade Pt., Colorado Springs Co. 80923.
