David Gross Obituary

Our beloved father, husband, son and brother, David Alexander Gross, left us on May 16, 2010 to be in a better place. He was surrounded by his family when he passed peacefully. He left behind his wife, Jacqueline; his daughters: Alexandria and Katrina; his parents: Marlies and Lee; and his sister, Doreen; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his adored Oma and Opa. David was born in Stuttgart, Germany to Marlies and Lee Gross on October 19, 1960. He lived most of his childhood in Germany where he enjoyed fishing with his Opa, hiking and being mischievous with the neighborhood boys. In his adult life, he was known for his hard work, compassion, spontaneity and many achievements. To everyone he met, he was a free spirited, generous and loving person. He loved riding his Harley with either his wife or daughters to wherever the road led them. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2010 at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful Chapel. Visitation will be from 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Cremation is planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his daughters, Alexandria and Katrina Gross c/o Ent Federal Credit Union, 16050 Old Forest Place, Monument, Colorado 80132. We miss and love you so much and will be with you again someday.
