I met Dave a few years ago at High Plains Raceway, as we both had a passion for racing. Dave was one of the few friends I'd made at the track since moving to Colorado from the East Coast, and was always there with a joke or to offer help in any way he could. While we drove in different classes of cars and never directly competed against each other, Dave's ever-present smile and never-ceasing support was something I looked forward to every race weekend, and will now cherish forever. God speed Dave...

On behalf of KNS and our entire team, we would like to express our condolences to David's wife, son and family on his passing. We were blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him in his capacity with Extreme, and know that he had a passion for not only his work, but especially for his beloved family.
Our prayers are lifted up for your as you go move through this great loss.

I had the opportunity to work with David at HP. He was a brilliant guy. He could make a complex problem simple and easily solved. A small group of us would get coffee together every morning and get out for lunch now and then. Those were great time. God bless you Dave and your family.

I worked near and with Dave for several years at HP. Our best times were working under Jim Wensuc. Dave had a smooth, often calming, down-to-earth nature. He was normally reserved in his tone, but could roar like a lion when needed. He had a dry yet surprisingly funny sense of humor. He was always deliberate and methodical in his conversations. Not usually a man of many words, but he made every word count. I will always reflect on the good memories of our working together. He was a good team-mate and friend, and I am a better person for having known him. My prayers go out to all his family.

Dave, you will always occupy a special place in my heart. You were an amazing friend and neighbor. Once again I lost the bet on the Olympics with Norway kicking Canada's butt, I only wish I had gotten the chance to pay up and enjoy another lasagna dinner with you. You will be missed my friend.
