David (Dave) Van Gorder, loving husband, father, son, uncle & friend passed away December 7, 2021.
Dave met the love of his life, Bonnie in 1979 in Bradenton, FL. They married October 1980. They had 3 sons, Greg (Amanda), Andrew (Rachel) & Robert (Melissa). Moving to CO in 1993, they ended up in Falcon, CO. Dave & Bonnie have 6 grandchildren, James, David, Isaac, Moses, Penelope and Ulysses.
Dave was active in his local church, Rotary and the Lions Club.
Dave leaves many family members and friends. He will be terribly missed.
Services will be held Sunday December 12th at The Road@Chapel Hills Church. 2025 Parliament Dr in Colorado Springs at 3 PM. It is a Celebration of Life. The family requests that you wear Hawaiian shirts or bright colors in honor of Dave's joyous life. Donations may be made to CEF In Warrenton MO or to Life Network.

Friendship transcends death. Memories made will never be forgotten and created a lasting impression on those they left behind. Everyone became a better person for having Dave as such a wonderful friend.

My brother Steve and I grew up in Williamson with Dave. Dave was a big support and help to my brother this year when Steve was going through his health problems. We will always remember that. We are so sorry for your loss

My prayers are with you as are my tears for the loss of this wonderful man, who is loved beyond description. He is with Jesus and has heard, "Well done, good and faithful servant, enter they rest."
