Though I never knew Delbert, the legacy he has left related to both his meritorious military service to his country and such a successful family is a credit to himself and his humanity. Having known his daughter Carol and son-in-law Tom and their sons for 35 plus years, its clear that he took quite seriously his role as the family leader both through example and sacrifice. May his entire family be comforted during this difficult time by the joyful memories of your lives together. The greatest casualty is being forgotten, and his life long contributions to humanity will not allow that. Rest easy Delbert; you've left our world a better place.
