Delpha Hudson Obituary

Delpha Hudson passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 14, 2013 of natural causes. She was a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs and was a retired telephone operator. She was born February 14, 1926 in eastern Colorado to Harry and Iva (Arnold) Adams. After raising twins, Dana and Daryl Leavenworth, she married Richard Hudson in 1980. She was a very adventurous lady with a great sense of humor. She is survived by her sons: Dana (wife Cheryl), and Daryl (wife Nancy); her brother, Ken (wife Fran) Adams; her grandchildren: Jennifer Leavenworth, and Adam Leavenworth; as well as numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. A visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. and will be followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel.
