Delpha Charlene Ireland of Pueblo passed away on August 17, 2024 at her home surrounded by family.
She was born in Fall River, Kansas on May 3, 1932. Her family moved to Pueblo Colorado when she was five years old. She attended Centennial High School and later met and married Curly Ireland. They were musicians and worked in the Colorado Springs area and played with many well-known country stars including Lefty Frizzell. Del worked for D&M electronics, which later became Centennial Electronics, which she eventually owned and ran until she was 82. She sold her home and moved back to Pueblo in 2000.
She is survived by her daughter Suzan Corbett Lubben: her grandchildren, Zac Gentz (Lissette), Chloe Welton (Joshua), Vanessa Voronov, Stacy Moorhead (Brent), Chelsea Liggett (Austin), Jason Burns (Desirae); her great- grandchildren, Avery, Aidyn, Gavin, Trevor , Madeline, Oliver, Travis, Vakayla & Amara.
A service will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home on Saturday, August 31, 2024. Family viewing at 1pm and service at 2pm.
Cards will be received by her daughter at 115 Cleveland St., Pueblo, CO
She'll be laid to rest next to her mother at Imperial Garden Cemetery
