Dian Tollefson-Aardahl Obituary
In Loving Memory Dian, died peacefully on August 8th, 2024, in Monroe, Washington at the age of 83. Dian was born on August 13th, 1940, in North Dakota.
She graduated from New Town High School in North Dakota in 1958 and married Loren Aardahl soon after gradationing from High School. They moved to Riverside, California and had two children and from there the family moved to Lynnwood, Washington.
Dian worked as a salesclerk, a paraprofessional at an elementary school, and at Northwest Hospital in the Medical Records Department.
She enjoyed gardening, travelling, shopping, painting ceramics and loved volunteering as a Candy Striper at a local hospital.
Dian was loved by friends, family and by anyone that had the privilege to meet her because of her loving and outgoing personality.
She is survived by her daughter DeAnna Hollstein, her son Kirk Aardahl, her son-in-law Kurt Hollstein, her brother Alan Tollefson, her sister's Joann Walter and Donna Lien in addition to her grandchildren, Colby Whitton, Mikayla Porter and Liam Hollstein.
Celebration of Life will take place on October 27th in Snohomish, WA. at 1:00 PM.
