Diane Gardner Obituary

Gardner
Diane Gardner
July 15, 2023

It is with great sorrow that our family announce the peaceful passing of our matriarch, Diane Gardner, on the morning of July 15, 2023. Diane was a brave and loyal mom, a supportive, loving grandma, an adoring great grandma, a devoted wife, a steadfast friend, and an all-around beautiful person. So many of us were inspired by her love of family, the outdoors, travel, skiing, animals, hiking, reading, and a nice glass of white wine.
Diane is survived by her husband, Harry; children, Robert, Karin, and Linda; her daughters through marriage, Daisy (Lew) and Molly; her granddaughters, Aleah (Gus), Patchouli (Steve), Laurel (Ben), Ella, Alex and Adelaide; and her great grandsons, Lucas, Zachary and Nikoli.
There will be a celebration of life held for Diane on October 14, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Swan-Law Funeral Home: 501 N Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial gift to one of the following organizations that Diane supported: World Wildlife Fund, The ASPCA, The Audubon Society, or the Leukemia Research Foundation.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Diane was always such a wonderful friend to my family. And man was she cool. A great skier, conversationalist and, quite simply, a great HUMAN. She will be severely missed, and I´ll be forever grateful I got to interact with her and her beautiful, evolved family in my lifetime.

Great memories of a dear great friend skiing, hiking, Bronco games, book club. Miss you much but so grateful you were my friend.
