“Dear Parlade Kerns family,
We send you our deepest sympathy for the loss of Dion. It is difficult to put into words how we feel for Judge Kerns and the entire family. We want to express our condolences to all of you.
It is never easy dealing with such an unexpected loss but now he is in the arms of god. We send you all our prayers for strength and healing.
