Donald Edward Christian, 81, of Colorado Springs passed away on Veterans Day, 11/11/2022. He struggled with kidney failure for over seven years then was diagnosed with lung cancer on October 21, 2022. He is survived by the love of his life, Josephine Mary (Angell) Christian, sister Linda Christian, and stepchildren Ann (Smith) Guill, Susan (Smith) Deasy, and Wayne Smith.
The funerial will be at Pikes Peak National Cemetery at 12:00 p.m. and 'celebration of life' will follow at 1pm at the American Legion 15 E. Platte Ave. Colorado Springs.

I worked with Don a long time ago. He was a great person that I had much respect for. He was a good mentor and a great person to learn from, not only about work, but about respect. He was also very interesting to talk to.
