Fr. Don,
We miss you so very much. Al and I talk about the wonderful 35 + years we spent with you and how you helped us with the sudden death of our daughter Beverly, while living in Colorado Springs, CO.

So sorry to learn that my friend, seminary schoolmate, and brother in the Jesus Caritas Fraternity of Priests, had died. I offer my sympathy and prayers to his dear family, who welcomed me to their Thanksgiving feast years ago. May Don rest now in the eternal Peace of our Risen Lord.

I am always inspired to see greatness, but greatness clothed with the cloak of humility, that is rare and timeless. Father Donald Dunn was a truly great ambassador for the church, and it is a privilege to say that he is a kind, thoughtful member of the family.
Every time I saw him was a joy, because he always wanted to know how you were doing, and said it with a warmth that I feel to this day. It was hard to get him to talk about himself, as it often is with the truly selfless. But I will always remember Father Don with gratitude.

Fr Don was my boss until he retired. He was my friend always. We did a lot of good things together. The renovation of the Cathedral took a toll on us physically, but we endured it all! I will never forget this wonderful man. Rest In Peace, Fr D.

The family of Father Don Dunn and all the parishes that he served as well as the Diocese of Colorado Springs and Catholic Charities. Fr. ( Msgr) Dunn was my spiritual director and friend and he demonstrated what the priesthood was always meant to be! He served so many people with his loving presence and grace and he helped me through a very critical time in my life as I am sure he did for so many others. I know he was welcomed with open arms by the loving Jesus he represented to all he knew!

Father Dunn will be fondly remembered by all Cursillistas as Father Donald Duck. We were all truly blessed with his great sense of humor and his great dedication to his ministry. We rejoice that he is now in the company of our Heavenly Father and has joined his good friend, Monsignor John Slattery,in their just reward of their everlasting home as promised us by Jesus. RIP GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT.

Fr. Don Dunn, is remembered by me to have been a good man, a good priest. A gentle loving man with an open heart and soft manner. He brought Jesus to my heart every time I was with him. May you fly to the angels & the arms of Jesus. Rest in peace, dear friend.
