Donald Morgan Obituary

Donald Robert Morgan, 62, passed away on February 28, 2014 at Pike's Peak Hospice in Colorado Springs, CO. He had suffered a severe and rare infection for the last several months. Mr. Morgan lived in Colorado Springs for many years and had most recently been employed by T. Rowe Price.

Mr. Morgan was born in Norwood, MA on September 5, 1951. His parents, Robert W. Morgan and Priscilla L. Morgan, predeceased him. He is survived by sisters Linda Kirchner (Stephen) of Mt. Jackson, VA and Gail Thompson (Bert) of Denver, CO. He was "Uncle D" to his beloved nieces Sara Nepomuceno (Ric), Jill Abukassis (Shlomi), and Emily Frederick (Adam) and to grandnieces Anna and Haley Nepomuceno, and Kaya and Shoshi Abukassis. He was greatly loved by his family and will be sadly missed by them.

Earlier in his life, Mr. Morgan lived in various locales and enjoyed each of them, including Vermont, Virginia, Hawaii and Paris, France. He also lived in Steamboat Springs, CO. But it was in Colorado Springs that he found his home.

I'm so sad to learn of Don's passing. I worked with him at TRP and have fond memories of him through the years. Don would always make me laugh and I cared for him dearly. He'll be sorely missed.
