Dear Lynn and Harry, The loss of a child has got to be the deepest hurt any parent can experience. Donna was blessed to have such loving parents who stood with her through good and bad times always encouraging her toward her highest good. Take heart and comfort in knowing that she is safely at rest, and know that the love of your family and friends will see you through this sad time.

Word's don't come easily. Donna will always be missed and forever be remembered in our hearts. Peace and love.

I was just a kid when I knew Donna. My most vivid memory was a discussion we were having about politics. She was explaining to me that she wished there were no political parties so that public officials could exercise their best judgement without fear of retribution and chastisement from others within the party. I was probably ten years old or so, and, I thought, "hey, sounds good to me". Little did I know at the time that George Washington held similar views. Now that I look back on it, it was probably the first time I ever understood that there could be "independent" candidates, or that there could be (and are) other governments on our planet that, (while not being devoid of political parties, since they actually have many more of them) are not bound by the typical "two-party" system that we have always known here in the U.S. and that can represent the ultimate in polarization that Donna was concerned about. Thank you Donna for stimulating the brain cells; I'll never forget our discussion.

Harry and Lynn: Although I did not know Donna, I did know of the constancy of your love and commitment toward her. I am so sorry for your loss. Your family is in my prayers. Gail Harwood
