Doris Anderson Obituary
She married Richard D. Anderson in 1956. Jeanne was Executive Secretary to Mr. Matag Jr., Aviation Division and was crowned Miss Oklahoma City in the 1940's, which helped her role in assisting in Colorado Springs pageants at The Broadmoor.
Jeanne is preceded in death by husband Richard D. Anderson, son William E. Jones, daughter Karen Hammar, her parents and by all siblings except one.
She is survived by sister Marjorie Ward, sons Mark and Paul Anderson, daughter Gail Anderson-Toombs, daughter-in-law Theresa Jones, 9 grandchildren and many greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m., Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3825 Airport Rd, Colorado Springs, CO.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Policeman Widows and Children fund http://www.policefoundationofcoloradosprings.com/
