From the first moment I held a conversation with him I instantly knew that he was someone I'd like to have as a friend. We met online playing video games together. We talked a lot over the course of five years and became really good friends. Dylan never ceased to amaze me. He was a hardcore gamer through and through. Nothing could change that. He was extremely competitive. I'll never forget his creative trash talking. He had a drive to become better at whatever it was he was doing. He would dedicate most of his time into it. I remember one time he literally called me up while I was working and talked my ear off just because he was so excited about his performance in a game. That's what I loved about him the most. His determination. It was almost contagious. Seeing him wanting to become better always made me want to be something more. Whenever something new would come out that he was interested in there was literally no shutting him up. He always had the time to listen and help you out no matter the problem. He was an extremely kind soul who loved making people laugh. To this day I'm 100% convinced it was impossible to put him in a bad mood. Dylan, we always talked about how one day we'd meet up and tear up the town. I regret not being able to meet you in person. You were my friend and I will never forget you or the countless hours of gaming and talking we did. You helped me through so much and made a lasting impact. I am truly grateful to have had you in my life. I wish I could have had a glimpse of what life was like through your eyes. You will be greatly missed but you will never be forgotten. Thank you for being my friend.

"Lived a life so endlessly, and saw beyond what others see..."
Dylan was a kind, compassionate, funny, and an all-round great friend, he was truly a gem and always a pleasure to be around.
May you rest in peace sweetheart, we miss you bud.

Dylan was a really good friend. I spent a *lot* of time playing League and Osu with him, and no matter how bad the games might get, he'd always just keep laughing and being his usual self. I don't think that I ever saw him get mad. Even the game when we were both doing really well and if the rest of our team had just listened, we could have easily won, but they didn't and we lost. Any time that I needed someone to talk to, he was always there. He was just a generally good person and the world was a better place for having had him in it, however briefly.

It is with great sorrow that Mike and I express our sincere sympathy for the loss of Dylan. Dylan was always a joy to be around as a child and was very helpful and caring as an adult. May you be comforted during this time.
