Dylan Todd Obituary
Pursuing his passion for 35 years in Dublin and Majorca teaching classical guitar, the wandering troubadour returned to Daytona Beach, Florida, finally settling in Colorado Springs in 2001, where at 89 he is survived by his daughter Sallie (Grooms/Todd/Peckham) Walker and his son Terry (Grooms) Todd Peckham, three grandchildren (Guy Dent Walker)(Nica Anihiru Hirayama-Peckham/Marendo Rylan Hirayama-Peckham) and his former wife Barbara (Grooms/Todd) Peckham.
Wounded on Iwo Jima Island when the American flag was finally raised during World War II, Dylan served as Nicholas H. Grooms in the 28th REGIMENT, 5th DIVISION MARINE CORPS.
Military funeral arrangements pending at Denver's Ft. Logan National Cemetery.

I still think of Dylan on a regular basis, though he was my guitar teacher in Dublin in the late 70s. He was such a passionate and creative soul, disciplined and yet restless. He taught me not only about music but about food - he was into macrobiotic food and way ahead of his time in a lot of ways.

I think of Dylan regularly, even to this day. He was my guitar teacher in Dublin in the late 70s. He was a very inspirational person, a great teacher. I had no idea of his very interesting life.

Fond memories of hearing Mr. Todd play in our home in Majorca in 1963 or 1964. I was just thinking of him and looked him up to find he had recently passed away. My condolences to the family.
