Edna Mae Giberson Obituary

Edna Mae Giberson, of Longmont, died November 9th 2012. She was 80 years old. Edna Mae was born on May 13, 1932 in Denver, Colorado to Harold and Lois Briggs. She was a wonderful homemaker who loved spending time with family and friends. She brightened the lives of those around her. She loved all crafts including ceramics, cross-stitch, quilting and sewing. She was an exceptional game player and enjoyed playing Bridge. Edna Mae was preceded in death by her mother and father and one sister, Evelyn Jane. She is survived by her husband of 39 years Lelon Giberson; one sister Barbara Herman of Phillipsburg, PA; two sons, Steve Rice of Boulder, Bob Rice of Troy, Montana, one daughter, Lois Davis of Longmont, three step-sons; Glenn and Scott Giberson of Colorado Springs and Jeff Giberson of Longmont; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Memorial Service will be Friday, November 23rd at 11:00A.M. at St. Albans Episcopal Church in Windsor, Colorado. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Albans Episcopal Church or National Jewish Health www.nationaljewish.org in memory of Edna Mae Giberson.

Tom, I am so sorry for your loss. Edna was such a wonderful person. I always enjoyed talking to her when she called work. She will be greatly missed.
