David, Cindy, Eddie, Mattie and Sharon,
Shirley, Marshall II and I have been thinking of you today as you laid our dear cousin Edna to rest. Our hearts and prayers are with you.
Your folks were loved dearly by all in our family; and the comfort of their hospitality and warmth were very special to us.
Edna passed on the 22nd anniversary of her Uncle Marsh's death. We know that he and other well loved family members were waiting to welcome her to heaven with opened arms.
I have some memory of the day Matt and Edna got married; she wore a navy blue suit, with pretty trimmings, as she and Matt went down the front steps of the church following the wedding reception. The last time I visited with her, we had homemade Aujus, dipped fresh bread into it, and looked at their wedding pictures. And there I was, along with many other loved ones. What a wonderful family!
We send our love to all of you.

Ed,
I have forwarded this to Glen. So very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was such a good friend to my mom. I'll bet they are "catching up" right now.
