Although I do not know your loved one or your family, I know your pain. We are also a gold star family. I pray that you find comfort in your memories and the knowledge that your loss is mourned by many. I pray for your children, may they always remember their father for the brave man he was. God Bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

My husband and I are so sorry for your great loss. This young man's boys will grow up without their dad, but knowing that he was a brave American hero and someone they can always be very proud of. We pray for your encouragement in these most difficult days. May God give you comfort and peace. Our nephew, Jason, was also killed that same day.
