Eileen Metcalf Obituary
Eileen is survived by her children, Stephen, Dwight, Ronald, Rebecca, 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
Eileen's love of life included a passion for photography, carpentry, gardening, walking, and scrabble. Her photo collection numbers over 100 albums, she built furniture and started a geodesic dome business with her son-in-law. Her prowess in scrabble made her unbeatable. As an avid walker, Eileen participated in 5 K running/walking events well into her 80's.
Her effusive smile spoke of an indomitable spirit that was felt by family and friends. She graced our lives with a loving disposition that will be held in the hearts of everyone that knew her.
A celebration of her life will be held between 11 am - 1 pm at the Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E. Platte Ave., Colo. Spgs, CO.
