Elizabeth Bloom Obituary
She is survived by her mother IdaBelle Boshart, sister Judy Witham, three children Debbie Bloom (Regina), Pam Shinkle (Bill), and Jimmie Bloom (Shea), 6 Grandchildren, and 2 Great Grandchildren, all of Colorado Springs. She leaves behind many family members, and friends.
She was a loving Mother and Grandmother, and loved spending time with family and friends. She was a faithful Christian, and enjoyed attending church.
Together, Jim and Betsy were the owners of Bloom's Tavern, and lifelong residents of the Westside
Visitation will be held at Swan Law Funeral Directors. 501 North Cascade Ave, Tuesday April 14th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
A celebration of life is scheduled at Living Hope Church, 640 Manitou Blvd, April 15th at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Life Quality Homes that took excellent care of Mom in her final chapter of life. PO Box 61085, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80906.

A woman of Grace that loved her family and embraced her faith every day of her life. She was so very special and fought the courageous fight to stay with her family here on earth. In the end she is joining her husband Jim, father Clarence, Peggy, Nick and all our loved ones. May God Bless us all and heal our hearts....

There has always been something really special and unique about old Westside families......Betsy belonged to one of those families. Lot of good memories dating back to West Jr. of Betsy (and Jim). May God bless all of you, dear family, and give you that peace that passes all understanding.

Dear Family,
I am so very sorry for the loss of Betsy. I am glad I was able to talk to her a several months ago at a time when she was feeling good. We enjoyed talking about Peggy and the old days when I was there. I had not realized she had gotten ill again. She is with Jim, Peggy and Mr.Boshart (Dad).
My blessing to everyone. Your family has always had a special place in my heart. You were like my second family.
I will miss taking to you Betsy..Love you.
