In the early morning hours of 1/28/2025, Elizabeth Susan Butterworth passed away. A woman of faith, she believed in the promise of eternal life through Christ. She will be dearly missed and always loved. To those that knew Elizabeth, thank you for the love you had shown her. She was a resident of Colorado Springs, along with her husband David, for forty-five years. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, her 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and 3 granddaughters.
For local friends, we will have a service at St. Raphael's Episcopal Church (802 Leta Dr, Colorado Springs, 80911) on 2/8/25 at 11:00am with reception to follow. All are welcome.

Elizabeth was there on my first granddaughter's birth day. She also told me I should have a baby shower or I may not have had the wonderful relationship I have with Dallas today.
She was also my Girl Scout Co-Leader when our oldest daughters were in Girl Scouts. She agreed to deal with the quarters (dues) and cooking.

the same age. I was so upset when her family moved away. She was the first person to contact me when my husband and I moved to Pueblo, Co.
