Elizabeth Harris-Johnson Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Harris-Johnson 58, of Colorado Springs left her earthly tabernacle on April 22, 2005 to be received in the loving arms of her Lord and Savior. She was born to the late Warren and Mattie (Roberson) Hunt in Mason, Tennessee, on September 11, 1946. Elizabeth has been a loving wife and mother living in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the last 48 years of her life. Elizabeth took great pride and joy raising her children to adulthood, and watching as her beloved grandchildren came into her life and growing to be of great joy to her. A great loss is being felt and will continue to be felt by those she touched with her life. She leaves behind her loving husband, Johnny Mascotti of Colorado Springs; one beloved son, Andrea Harris of Colorado Springs; a loving daughter, Edana Love of Montgomery, Alabama;  five wonderful loving grandchildren; a devoted brother, Anthony Hunt of Colorado Springs; and one wonderful loving sister, Dorothy Jones of Detroit, Michigan. A Home Going Celebration will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2005 at the Morgan Memorial Chapel, 701 North Spruce Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado, with Rev. Morgan officiating. Local Arrangements under the direction of: Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd. Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910 (719) 475-8303.
