You were one of the strongest people I ever knew. Thanks for being good to me and for all the great conversations and for being so much fun! You said I was like a daughter to you, and you were like a Dad to me. I will miss you taking me to the Tuskeegee Airman ball. I miss you Uncle. You were the best. RIP

We will all miss our departed friend and brother, Elliott and take solace in knowing the suffering ends here, and the homegoing is a prelude to a joyous reunion with those who are awaiting us. God Bless the family as they deal with the loss of physical presence and companionship of our brother, but I know that he will be with you and all of us, in spirit and in love, in the days and years to come.

Uncle Elliot, I know you told me not to be sad when you're gone so I apologize that all I've seemed to do since I heard is cry. Just talking to Aunt Rosie the other day, I could hardly get a word out.
It's going to be so hard not hearing your voice anymore, so
I hope that you will watch over me. Although I can't see you or hear you, I know you will be here somewhere because you always keep
your promises. Looks like I gotta put on my happy face to hide the pain, just like when Mommy and Danny died. I just wanted to say once again how much we all love you and how much we will miss you. There will never be another "Uncle Elliott".
Rest in peace sweetie. I'll think of you always.
Love eternally, your neice Doll

Elliott was a very compassionate and caring man. He could be a good listener in times of need.
Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
He will be missed.
