Elsie Chambers Obituary

Elsie M. Chambers a 54 year resident of Colorado Springs passed away on Aug. 13, 2007 surrounded by all her children. She was born Aug. 17, 1939 in Springfield, Colorado to Giles and Carrie Green. She was a retired machinist, and homemaker. Elsie is survived by her sons Terry (Theo), Ken, and Andy (Nola); and daughters Linda (Rick) Collins, and Darlina (Gregg) Eichman; as well as three brothers and four sisters; nine grandchildren, and ten Great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Curtis and her parents. A Memorial Pot Luck as well as a celebration of Elsie's life and memories will be held at Friends Church on Circle and Pikes Peak at 6:00 pm on Thursday 08/16/07. Everyone is cordially invited to join with the family for this time together. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in her name to Pikes Peak Hospice, 825 Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs, Colorado or to St. Jude's Tribute Acct #19257639. Arrangements are being handled by Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
