Eric Osborne Obituary

My condolences to the Osbornes. Eric was among my favorite teammates and great competitor. I learned early on, while in the wildcat wrestling club, that his intensity on the mat was to be emulated. -Alex Rosenauer

My deepest condolences to the osborne family for your lost ,I ANTOINE KING class of 1981 I tranferred to south hills for my last two years of school I got confronted on the quad by a group of classmate and troy and eric and foster kamata had my back that created a life long friendship in my eyes Please accept my deepest sympathy.

My sincerest condolences to the Osborne family for their loss. I co-captained the South Hills Wrestling Team with his younger brother Kyle class of 1995. Eric was an outstanding example to me as a South Hills Wrestler and a great help with his wisdom of the sport. God Bless him and his family.

Great memories wrestling as kids with the West Covina Wildcats and great rival matches Edgewood High and South Hills. One great memory was the summer my older brother Jack held a private clinic for the Osborne Brothers and myself

I am shocked - I just heard this terrible news! I babysat the then (3)Osborne boys for many years - fantastic energetic boys! Eric was always the sweet, caring "jumping off the roof into the ivy" one - my heartfelt sympathy goes out to the entire family! God bless - Karen & Dave Capestro

Condolences from the Haakenson family (Royal Oak High). Royal Oak and South Hills were both great wrestling teams in the early 80s, but we go back with the Osbornes to the West Covina Wildcats wrestling club at Edgewood High.

I was one of Eric's hs wrestling opponents who he demolished in the 1983 CIF tournaments on his way to a second state title. He shared some of his techniques with me at one of them.

We grew up together in the same neighborhood in Covina Hills. The mischief and experiences we shared are some of the fondest of memories. He leaves us way too soon. Best wishes to the Osborne family.

My heart goes out to his family. Eric was an awsome wrestler and a great coach.

My sympathy goes out to Eric's family. I remember him very well from high school -- he always had a smile on his face. He was a great guy. And though I never knew him as an adult -- I'm sure he was a great man.

I am a deaf Alumni from South Hills and I remember Eric as a wonderful wrestler I used to always see him walking down the halls outside and always smiled . my he rest in Peace .

Eric was always kind and respectful, and I used to look forward to watching him wrestle at our home matches. My prayers go out to his family.

It's easy for me to remember him as a friendly and respectful guy who won for South Hills High School. SHHS was blessed to have him. I am sorry to hear that he is just away.
