So Ernie has passed - my condolences to his beloved family. He spoke often of them all when he was at the UW, although from reading this, some of the blessings of his family hadn't arrived yet when I knew him. It is wonderful to know he had such a large and loving family around him throughout his life. There is no greater blessing, and he deserved it.

I also wanted to tell you (as I´m sure you are aware) your great grand daughter will be here soon. We picked out a name for her and I wish more than anything you could meet her and hold her. Lola and family,
I was both shocked and saddened to learn of Ernie's passing. He was a friend and one oof my most loyal instructors at National College/National American University. He was very dependab when it came to teaching classes. He was very popular with his students. My condolences. May he rest in eternal peace.

I so many AMAZING memories with Ernie, he thought my parents in collage and has been apart of the family ever since. He inspired me to join the USMC and he definitely will forever be the coolest person I have ever met.
