Esther de Bonilla Obituary

Esther A. Lopez de Bonilla, age 83, a resident of Security since 2002 and previously of Texas, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2006 at her home. She was a homemaker. Esther Altagracia Lopez was born on April 10, 1922 in the Dominican Republic to Eugenio and Elisa (Sandoval) Lopez. She is survived by her husband, Antonio Bonilla of Tampa, Florida; five daughters: Gladys (husband, Sergio), Socorro, Esther (husband, Victor) all of Colorado Springs, Keyla (husband, Tom) of Arlington, Texas, and Eunice (husband, Victor) of Jersey City, New Jersey; and four sons: Jesus Bonilla of Bayonne, New Jersey; Juan Bonilla of Colorado Springs; Jose (wife, Maria) Bonilla of Carolina, Puerto Rico; and Neftali Bonilla of San Antonio, Texas. She is also survived by three sisters: Esperanza Lopez of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Luisa Soto of Grand Rapids, Michigan; and Melida Espinosa of Valrico, Florida; 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly including Lolin and Palindo. A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 22, 2006 at the Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2006 at the Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses. Entombment will be at the Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum.
