My sister and I knew Ethel from MorningStar at Mountain Shadows where our mom lived. Ethel was such a delight! We just absolutely loved her! She was a very good friend to our mom, Marilynn Doenges. Ethel always said that she and Mom ran MorningStar! We loved hearing her sing-especially "You are my Sunshine"! Rest in peace, dear friend!

Ethel and Al were Volunteers at Rehabilitation Hospital in the mid 90's. I was the Director of Volunteers and was blessed to know them both. One of the "fund raisers" the Volunteers had was selling bagels from a roaming cart. Ethel LOVED her days of "pushing the cart". The staff loved her. We were able to buy the patients a piano for the public room. She was so excited. I lost contact with her but was thinking of her just the other day. I am sure Jesus greeted her with Welcome home good and faithful servant. May memories comfort you always. Sally Folsom Moses
