Eugene Lindsey Obituary

Eugene Brent Lindsey, 80, of Colorado Springs died peacefully on December 27, 2012. Eugene was born in Caldwell, Kansas on August 5, 1932, and was the only child of George and Mildred Lindsey. He is survived by his wife Dee Dee, daughter Brenda Lindsey Tagen of Colorado Springs, son Brent (Maria) of Santiago, Chile, grandchildren Lindsey and Alexandra Tagen, and Alexander and Grace Lindsey. Gene was employed by Colorado Interstate Gas in 1952 and retired as the manager of gas proration in Colorado Springs on June 1, 1990. Gene was an avid fisherman and hunter, and also enjoyed traveling with Dee Dee. They spent several years traveling in the states, and took a trip to South America to visit their son, Brent and his family. They then decided to spend winters in Arizona, which they did for several years until Gene's health began to fail.
