Eunice Brown Obituary

April 8, 1913 - June 16, 2008. Eunice M. Brown born April 8, 1913 passed away Monday June 16, 2008. Eunice was born and raised in Mankato Minnesota with four sisters. She was married to Robert S. Brown in December 1942. They lived in Japan for a brief period following the War prior to settling down in Colorado Springs. Eunice was a long time resident of Colorado Springs residing in the same home for over 50 years. Her deep spirituality, generosity, kindness, and delightful humor will be greatly missed. Eunice was predeceased by her parents, Archie and Elsie, and by her daughter Barbara. Eunice is survived by her 4 sisters; Gladis, Lenore, Delores, and Arline, her 4 grand children; Steven, Michael, William, and Dawn, and by 6 great grand children; Nicholas, Trevor, Christopher, Jessica Beau and Hailey. Rosary will be held 6:00 PM on Wednesday June 25, 2008 at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church, 927 N. Logan Colorado Springs. A Funeral Mass will be held at Divine Redeemer at 10:00 AM on Thursday June 26, 2008. A reception celebrating her life will immediately follow the mass. Memorial tributes may be made to the Eunice Brown Memorial Fund, at Adams Bank and Trust 8 South Nevada Avenue Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903. All donations will be shared with charities supported by Eunice M. Brown.

Please accept my condolences. Eunice sat at my Mom's table at the Medallion Nursing Home. She was a very sweet little lady.
