Eva Runer Obituary

Following a lengthy illness Eva Lorraine Runer, went to rest October 27, 2005 at a local Colorado Springs hospital. She was born in Topeka, Kansas on April 30, 1955. Eva is survived by her husband, Steve Runer; two children: E6 Larry Bright (USAF), currently stationed in Germany and April Runer, a senior at UCCS; her mother, Myrtle Wilson of Topeka, Kansas; sisters: Emma Rice, Vereta McDowell and Brenda Harrell; a brother, Larry Wilson, all of Topeka; and two grandchildren: Autumn and Kristen Bright. Eva enjoyed spending time bowling, knitting, crocheting, tending to her plants and baking. She was a beautician in Colorado Springs for 16 years. Visitation will be held Monday, October 31, 2005 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Swan Law Funeral Directors. Graveside services will be Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. at the Eastonville Cemetery, Black Forest, Colorado. Eve, I will always love you forever, your loving husband, Steve.

I am going to miss you sis. Mom and I enjoyed seeing you back in August, but it had to end way too soon. But I will never forget that short time that I did have with you.
