Fannie Houston Obituary

In Memory of Fannie Mae Houston. The beloved Fannie Houston passed on Monday, May 14, 2007, at Memorial Hospital. She resided at 937 E. Vermijo, Colorado Springs, CO. She leaves behind her husband Joe Houston, and her six kids Brenda Walker, Annie Griffin, Julia Brooks, Larry and Carolyn Davenport, Odessa and John Charity, and Patricia Shannon. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Bessie Lou Harvey, sister Christine Harvey, grandson Kyle Shannon, great grandson Dominique Washington and son in laws John Griffin and Ronald Brooks. Fannie will be missed by a host of family and friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2007 at Angelus Funeral Directors 2535 Airport Rd. Funeral Services will be held from 2:00 p.m. Saturday May 19, 2007 at St. John Baptist Church 902 S. Prospect St. Private Interment Evergreen Cemetery. A reception will follow after Funeral Services at St. John Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
