Floyd Miller Obituary

I just learned of Floyds passing. I wish to extend my condolences to his family. Floyd was a collogue with whom I worked on many issues and projects related to the evolution of Eisenhower and Doctors Hospital as well as the post graduate training program at CSOF and the profession he well represented over the years. May God rest his soul.

I have fond memories of Dr. Miller, he diagnosed and treated my heart condition, after 8 days in the hospital I was well on my way to a good recovery. I had recently moved to Colorado Springs and had been under the care of another Doctor for a year with no improvement. I am for ever grateful to this wonderful and talented Doctor! May he Rest In Peace.

Floyd has been a dear friend of ours since we first met in medical school.
Floyd was a year ahead of me and was a great encouragement when things got difficult which was quite often. Fortunately, we ended up practicing in the same hospital and we enjoyed seeing each other quite often. We also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and bowling together. Floyd, Eddie, Carol & I learned to bowl together and ended up doing quite well in our hospital league. I appreciated, never seeing Floyd deviate from his Christian principles of ethics in his medical practice. I will miss Floyd as one of my closest colleagues and friends.

Floyd Miller, our friend, neighbor, and doctor, was always kind, thoughtful, and sincerely interested in people as he was with our family. He truly influenced some decisions that we made We will forever remember and be grateful that Floyd and his entire family were a part of our lives. Your loss is shared by many. Floyd will be remembered!

Dr. Miller was a great physician and really cared about his patients. It was a pleasure to work with him for several years. He was a great teacher also. Medical students always learned something new after being in our office. He will be missed.
