I had Mrs. Butler as a math teacher at Mackenzie Junior High during 7th, 8th, and 9th grades. This would have been 1982 - 1984. I loved her!! She was always sweet and funny! I honestly cant remember her ever raising her voice at us. Hugs and prayers to her family!!

Learning of the death of Frances was so sad. My heartfelt sympathy to the family. Frances was a very special friend, and we always said we were family--we shared the same sister-in-law, Janice Dawkins Stevenson. I want to keep in touch with her family. Eva Dawkins

Frances was a dear friend of mine. We attended church together at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Lubbock, where we both served as Elders. We played bridge together in several clubs and traveled together (from Vancouver to Toronto). She was a loving wife and mother as well as an inspiration to those who knew her. She and her late husband made a lasting impact through their teaching careers. My condolences and blessings are extended to her family.
