Frank was one fine human being. I am honored to have been his friend and work with him at the USOC for several years. Frank was very unassuming. No one would know that he was a highly decorated WWII, Korea and Vietnam veteran. The country has lost a real patriot and I will miss my friend. Rest in peace Frank. You have truly earned it!
