Dr. Black was the kindest man I have ever met who took such good care of my canine kids. Without his TLC my dogs would have never lived to see their 13 years of life. My deepest sympathy to all.

Frank was one of the kindest men I have ever met. Although I had not known him for long, I'm thankful for the time I did have to get to know him. He will be missed in Dr Wilson's office. Lisa
