Frank Claus Obituary

Frank Fredrick Claus, age 79, a native of Colorado Springs, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2005 at Penrose Hospital of natural causes. He was employed by Timken Roller Bearing for 37 years before retiring in 1985. Frank F. Claus was born on October 29, 1925 in Colorado Springs to the late Frank and Cora Agnes (Sorensen) Claus. He was a special grandfather to Deirdre Dziuban, Eric Dziuban, and Emily Claus as well as to his great-grandson, Austin Dziuban. He is also survived by his brother, Wallace Claus (wife Katharine) of Colorado Springs and his sister-in-law, Mildred Claus. He was recently preceded in death by his brother George Claus. A Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at the Shrine of Remembrance. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 3122 Poinsetta Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907. Glennis,

Thank-you for sending the note and prayer cards about Frank.

We will all miss his visits to Hondac Auto when he would bring one of the cars over. I was just thinking about him and his visits when I received your letter. We will do our best to take care of you and your cars and it will be our pleasure. Tell your daughter Carolyn and your sister-in-law Mildred that we will think of Frank each time they come to see us also.

God Bless you and your family!

Sincerely,

Randy & the crew @ Hondac Auto

Carolyn: I am so sorry for your loss - we spoke often while my mother was in the hospital at Penrose. I wish I had known earlier so I could have given you a hug and shared your sorrow. May God Bless and keep you. Judy Kiesel (Doris & Chester Johnston)

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I did not know Frank, but I became acquainted with his wife and daughter, thru their journey here at the Critical Care Unit. You were so loving and supportive of each other. May the great memories of his life comfort you and may you find peace thru our Heavenly Father as you walk thru this time.
