Mr Rolla was the best boss, business owner/restrauntier and model citizen Colorado Springs ever saw. He was a fine man of true character, He expected alot but he gave his heart and soul too. The restaurant was an institution and an employees fraternity. He also made it into a family for all of us. I thank him for what he taught me early on. Heaven will certainly have a bright star and one heck of fine dining. "Voya Con Dios Mi Amigo."
