Frank and I had a lot of fun times while stationed at Fairchild together. One of my favorite stories about a DMSP satellite anomaly, is told often by me, and will continue to be told. I'm sure he's laughing over my shoulder.

Frank was the number one enlisted guy at the NSSI. He was flawless! He was professional and watched over and mentored his people better than any enlisted member here. He helped build this School into what it is today. I will miss him. I comrad in arms, a friend and just a Great Man to know. You will be missed sorely by myself and this institute!!
