Not only that Frank was one of my best neighbors and friend, He was my best fishing buddy. We went fishing on my boat to the Alburtis Rod & Gun Club for crappies and bass. We always competed to see who would catch the most fish, but he did rub it in that he caught the big one. I will miss him dearly, Michael Acker & family.
