Freeman Wheeler Obituary

Oct 15, 1944 - May 16, 2006 Trip was born in Los Angeles, CA and lived in many parts of our great country, as well as the world. Trip was a graduate of Wasson High School in the class of 1963, and then went on to graduate from Western State University. After college, Trip's primary residences were Crested Butte, CO, Southern California, Cape Cod, MA, Lewisburg, TN, and Colorado Springs, CO. Trip was truly an entrepreneur. He was a builder/devel-oper, teacher, tuna spotter, pilot, surfer, hunter and, finally, as the owner/operator of the Three Bandits Hunt & Clay Sport Club located in Lewisburg, TN. He loved life and lived it with passion. Trip is survived by his wife, Suzanne; daughters, Kelly, Catherine and Bethany; grandson, Dylan; brother, Dawson; sister, Toni; father, William E. Davis; and so many great friends all over the world. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2006 at 4:00 pm at the First Presbyterian Church, 219 E. Bijou. There will also be memorial services in Crested Butte, Lewisburg and Cape Cod. Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be given in Trips' honor to the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center, 3027 N.
