I have so many fond memories of Galen, as I was a very lucky neighbor and friend to him, Susan, Kate and Aki. Galen always had a smile and a wonderful story to share that left me laughing and wanting more! Many cocktails where shared at either of our houses and I always admired and respected him as a loving and devoted husband and father (and then amazing grandfather!). He was an effortlessly classy, hysterical, interesting, intelligent and thoughtful person. So warm and down to earth that you instantly felt welcomed. He was taken way too soon, and I sure hope we can be neighbors in the afterlife because he would make it so much more fun!

We send our most sincere condolences. I grew up with him in Lost Nation, and we shared the little town atmosphere. So sorry for his family.
